We do the following:

Our coffee – the heart of each coffee café

The Daily Coffee Group’s signature blend, Our Roast, is a medium-roast blend crafted from 100% Arabica beans sourced from Africa’s renowned coffee-growing regions. It’s the perfect espresso base for South Africa’s favourite beverages – cappuccinos and lattes – while also standing strong on its own with a deep, rich flavour and soft undertones, a hallmark of East African beans. Roasted in-house using state-of-the-art fluid-bed roasting technology, Our Roast embodies our commitment to quality and consistency in every cup.

The Daily Coffee Group is committed to supporting the environment and community by integrating sustainability into our operations to reduce our carbon footprint.

Amongst others, we  have the following in place:

  • We source coffee beans from fair trade organisations that foster trading partnerships grounded in dialogue, transparency, and respect to support sustainable development for coffee bean farmers.
  • Our takeaway cups are biodegradable, minimising environmental impact.
  • Our coffee roasting facility operates with energy-efficient processes and generates almost zero waste.
  • For our New York-meets-Karoo themed décor, we use recycled wood and other sustainable materials.
  • Coffee café franchises manage their own in-house social responsibility programmes in support of those in need in their communities.
